My lifestyle maternity and motherhood sessions are about capturing the journey of motherhood, whether it's becoming a new parent or expanding your family further. I love to document these precious moments of anticipation at an outdoor location at sunset or in the comfort of your own home. These sessions are best taken between 30 - 37 weeks so you are showing enough but are not too uncomfortable. But if you would like it earlier, or later in your journey, that is also OK.

I'm so excited to be documenting this special time in your lives. My sessions are natural and relaxed, centred around capturing the love and connection you share as a family.

I know how stressful having your family photographed can be, and I'm here to help make it a fun experience. I aim to make the process as easy as possible so you have a great experience and come out with amazing memories at the end of it.

FAQ

Will you show me how to pose?

I don't like families to feel awkward and posed the entire time. But in saying this I will give you a lot of soft guidance during our session. I do not expect you to find the prettiest light or nail the prettiest angle all on your own. With my guidance though, we'll be able to create images that feel organic and relaxed without you feeling lost or awkward.

Where are you based and do you travel?

I love to travel. I am based in the Dandenong Ranges but am normally happy to travel depending on location. Please let me know at the time of booking if you are over an hour away from Monbulk, VIC and we'll discuss options. A small travel fee may occur.

When will we get our photos?

You will receive an online gallery link with all your photos within maximum 4 weeks (sometimes less depending on the season I photograph your story). You can download all the photos from the gallery but also share them, choose your favorites, and also order prints!

What location options are there?

I have a list of preferred locations in the Dandenong Ranges in Melbourne. Some are seasonal and some are year round. These have all been tried and tested by me and I find that they work best for my families and my style. Leading up to our session I will send these location options and we will either choose one or you may even opt for an in-house session in your own home. If you have an even better idea, please let me know and we can chat about your options.
